EU Shipping
- Standard Delivery Time: 4-8 business days (including processing)
- Remote Locations: Some more remote locations (e.g., islands) may take longer, up to 15 business days based on our experience
- Taxes: No extra import taxes (we ship from within the EU)
- Free Shipping: On orders over €150 (with exeptions on bulky goods like scythes, garden hoes etc.
Non-EU European Countries
- We ship to all European countries outside the EU
- Free Shipping: On orders over €300 (with exceptions on bulky goods like scythes, garden hoes etc.)
- Delivery times may vary, but are not longer than 15 business days
Order Processing and Tracking
- For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
- For backordered items, we’ll provide an estimated shipping date and keep you updated on the status.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Shipping Costs:
– For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. - Refund Process: Please initiate your refund by emailing us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
