Recommendations for sharpening and maintenance:
For sharpening, we recommend using the leather strop included in the set, but it is not the only (and/or sufficient) solution for sharpening – it’s more suitable for maintaining sharpness. However, after some time, it is necessary to use stones or other sharpening tools for blade restoration.
