Because this system is designed for contour sanding and is typically used at an angle (unlike rigid pads, which are used flat against the surface), we recommend selecting sandpaper that is slightly larger than the rubber backing pad itself.
Example Combinations:
- 50 mm flexible pad + 75 mm sandpaper
- 50 mm flexible pad + 75 mm cushion pad + 75 mm sandpaper
- 75 mm flexible pad + 100 mm sandpaper
- 75 mm flexible pad + 100 mm cushion pad + 100 mm sandpaper
- 95 mm flexible pad + 125 mm sandpaper
- 95 mm flexible pad + 120 mm cushion pad + 125 mm sandpaper
